I Didn't Get The Text Message Confirmation - What to do?

The main reason a player encounters trouble registering or activating a cell phone is that their cell phone carrier has a "short code messaging" block on their phone.   

Simply contact your carriers customer service department and request that the block be removed from your phone and then try sending the code again.

If one of the following apply;  You have a  Pay as you go or pre-paid cell phone plan or a non U.S. based plan, they will not work.

The simplest solution may be to have one of your teammates activate their phone.  Simply give them the code and number and have them

try.  This almost always solves the issue.  We cannot help unblock your phone. Only the person on the cell phone account can achieve this and only by contacting the carrier.

 

Trouble Using An Online Daily Deal Coupon/ Voucher.

You should see a large notice on the web page about "Redeem/Register Using A Voucher / Coupon"

If not, refresh the web page.  Also, disregard the text that says "enter a promotional code"

You can only add players up to the maximum allowed - please refer to the specific event web page for details.

 

It's Race Day And I Am Not Receiving The Text Message Clues - What to do?

If the race has already begun and you are not receiving text messages, you will need to review the directions provided in your registration confirmation and register your cell phone 

as directed. If you registered your cell phone and are not getting messages, it is due to your phone carrier blocking the messages. You may be able to activate another players phone

if you have the code and number readily available. If not, we suggest quickly getting with another team and "partnering up" with them to receive clues.

Sold Out - ? I have a pre paid ticket /coupon or daily deal voucher and want to register?

If you have already purchased entry and just need to register, your spot is reserved for you.  Simply follow the registration link in your coupon/voucher or visit the event page and look for the link to redeem/register your team. You will need your voucher/coupon to complete the registration process.
